November 13, 2016 - Technical Sessions Canceled

The Technical Sessions for November and December have been canceled because they interfere with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We will resume the Technical Sessions in January.

November 8, 2016 - General Session Information

Since the weather has cooled way down, this gives us an opportunity to do more indoor activities such as the NILUG General and Technical sessions. We hope we haven't lost anyone after the long period of low activity.

For the November 12th General Session, Michael Burton will give a presentation on how to use a Raspberry Pi 3 as a comprehensive media center for your television. The $35 Raspberry Pi is a whole lot of fun in a playing-card-sized package, so this should be interesting.

August 4, 2016 - August General Session Canceled

Our August General Session meeting has been canceled due to a scheduling conflict. The technical session will still be held at F1 for Help, on August 27th.

June 26, 2016 - Linux Reference

We have found a pretty good reference web site for all things Linux. It's called Linux Journey. It would be especially useful for beginners, but there is enough there for all classes of Linux users.

June 10, 2016 - June General Session Canceled

Our June General Session meeting has been canceled due to a scheduling conflict with the Kootenai Amateur Radio Society Hamfest. The technical session will still be held at F1 for Help, on June 25th.

May 6, 2016 - May General Session Canceled

Our May General Session meeting has been canceled due to a scheduling conflict. We hope to see everyone at the June meeting.

April 19, 2016 - April Technical Session Canceled

The Technical session for this month that was to be held on April 23, has been canceled. Joe is going to Linuxfest Northwest in Bellingham, so the shop will not be available for our use.
